Pilates instructors, physical therapists, personal trainers, and movement professionals who want to work safely and effectively with clients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions.

Six in-depth modules and two workshops, live via Zoom with sessions recorded for on-demand review. Each module includes lectures, anatomy reviews, exercise demonstrations, case studies, and a Q&A session.

Yes — each module can be taken separately. To earn the full Pilates for Rehab Certification, you complete all modules and pass the written exams.
