From instructors
“Zeina's Neuromuscular Connections course completely transformed the way I teach. I had studied anatomy before, but it never clicked the way it did in her classes. Every session connected directly to what I do in the studio — my teaching feels more precise, and my clients are progressing faster.”
Laura M., Certified Pilates Instructor
“This course was a game-changer for me. Zeina breaks down anatomy and biomechanics in such an engaging, easy-to-understand way. I now see movement through a completely new lens and can instantly recognize what's limiting a client's motion.”
