Your role
What an Instructor Partner does week to week.
As an Instructor Partner, you'll play an active role in teaching, supporting your members, and contributing to a positive community experience.
- Teach one Pilates or Yoga livestream class per week (Zoom or platform integration)
- Offer 15-minute monthly check-ins to the members you personally bring
- Deliver a high-quality, professional teaching experience
- Engage with students and encourage community participation
- Maintain consistent class scheduling and clear communication with the team
- Invite your own clients, students, and audience to join the membership
- Uphold shared teaching values and community guidelines
- Share occasional feedback to help improve classes and the platform experience
- Provide a short bio and class description for the platform
How much can you earn?
A transparent, recurring revenue-share model.
Synergy+ rewards instructors who help grow the community — you're rewarded for the members you bring, not just the hours you teach.
Compensation structure
- Members pay$100/month · 14-day free trial
- You earn50% revenue share per active member you personally bring
- Livestream bonus+$20 per class, once you have 10+ active members
Example: bring 15 members at $100/month and earn $750/month in recurring revenue share, plus $20 for each livestream class you teach. Your revenue continues for as long as your members remain subscribed.
